Yaganandam Chhattisgarh College, Raipur to Government Navin College, Kurud District – Dhamtari. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is due for retirement on 30.04.2026 as such merely 5 months are left, therefore, her transfer order may kindly be set aside. 3. On the other hand, learned State Counsel would submit that the transfer is an incident of service, an employee cannot insist to remain posted at particular place of posting for ever, therefore, would pray for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is due for retirement within six month, the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 04.11.2025 shall be kept in abeyance so far as the petitioner is concerned till her date of superannuation. 5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition (s) stands disposed of.
