GP FOR IRRIGATION COMM AREA DEV 3 VS,J W.P.No.9603 of 2022 The Court made the following Order: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- “… to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in non-compliance of payment of Rs.7,27,987/- as per the Work ID No.10015740001, including quality control, holding amounts, for the works done by the petitioner for Construction of check dam across Gajukuntavanka (Kuppaiah Naidu Lands) near Lakshmipuram Village of Bangarupalem Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice, contrary to the Rules and Regulations there under and consequently direct the respondents to pay an amount of Rs.7,27,987/- as per the Work ID No.10015740001, including quality control, holding amounts, and to pass such other order or orders ….” 2. When the writ petition came up for admission on 20.04.2022, this Court was pleased to pass the following interim direction in I.A.No.1 of 2022: “In the circumstances, the respondents are directed to pay the approved and final bill amounts due to the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 3. Today, when the writ petition came up for hearing, Mr. K.V.L.Narasimha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that, pending writ petition, the respondent authorities have paid the amounts due to the petitioner. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
