The petitioner has assailed the order dated 01.03.2024 passed by the Zonal Officer, Prayagraj Development Authority, Prayagraj under Section 28-A of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973 (in short 'the Act'). 3. The order is appealable under Section 28-A (4) of the Act to the Chairman of the Development Authority. 4. As such, we are not inclined to entertain the challenge under Article 226 of the Constitution. 5.
