No. 1338/RMM/75 from all available sources and to forthwith dispose off the Petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2024, in strict compliance with the directions contained in the order of this Honble Court in W.P. GP FOR REVENUE DR,J W.P No.28255 of 2025 3 The Court made the following Order: The present writ petition is filed to declare the inaction on the part of the respondents, more particularly, respondent Nos.2 and 3 in denying to comply with the orders dated 04.11.2023 passed in W.P No.28955 of 2023 under the pretext of alleged missing records pertaining to L.C.C No.1338/RMM/75 as illegal, arbitrary and etc., for the consequential directions. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader representing the respondents. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that W.P No.28955 of 2023 was considered and disposed of on 04.11.2023 by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a detailed representation by raising all the grounds before the Court duly enclosing the material in support of her claim to the concerned parties in terms of G.O.Ms.No.300, dated 05.07.2016. On receipt of such representation, the authority concerned shall consider and pass a reasoned order by providing an opportunity of being heard to the parties concerned in accordance with law, within a period of three (03) months and communicate the same to the parties concerned. 4. The learned counsel submits that despite the said direction, the respondents are unable to pass any order, now on the ground that the L.C.C. files are missing. DR,J W.P No.28255 of 2025 4 5. On 10.11.2025, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader to get instructions from the authorities with regard to the time required for disposal of the L.G.C. 6. Accordingly, Revenue Divisional Officer, Ramachandrapuram has furnished instructions to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue on 23.11.2025. According to the said instructions, the authorities have stated that six (06) months time is required to consider and pass appropriate orders on the said L.C.C. 7. Considering the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3 to consider and pass orders within six (06) months. If the respondents fail to pass orders within the above said period, the respondent may consider the request for deletion of the petitioners land in Survey No.120 and 130/4 of Narasapurapupeta Village, Ramachandrapuram Mandal from the list of prohibited properties under Section 22A of the Registration Act, 1908. The said exercise should be done within two (02) months, thereafter. 8. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
