Act, P.S. Mehnajpur, District Azamgarh. A further prayer has been made to restrain the respondents from arresting the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4.
