For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they have submitted requisite documents to comply with the defects. In view of the above, restoration application No. 310/2025 is allowed subject to the condition that all the defects in the miscellaneous appeal are cured by the appellant within the period of four weeks. If the defects in the appeal are not cured by the applicant within four weeks then this order will not come into play and the appeal of the appellant will remain dismissed.
