This is an application filed on behalf of the applicants/private respondents under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for disposing of the main writ petition (CWP-10340-2010) in view of the compromise deed dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure C-1).
For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed as prayed for.
On oral request, the main case (CWP-10340-2010), which was otherwise admitted vide order dated 19.03.2013, is taken up on Board today itself.

This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing order dated 23.09.2009 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Financial Commissioner (A.H.), Punjab in ROR No.867 of 2008 along with partition petition and consequent orders passed thereon.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties vide compromise deed dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure C-1), which has been signed by all the co-sharers.

The factum of compromise/settlement is not disputed by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the non-applicants/petitioners. 3.1
Learned counsel for the non-applicants/petitioners submits that he has no objection if the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure C-1).

Keeping in view the statements made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise deed dated 18.12.2024 (Annexure C-1). Parties to remain bound by the terms of compromise.

All the pending application(s), if any, shall also stand closed.
