The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner to run A.N.M. course from its institution namely, Gautam Educational And Welfare Society, Mahaba Kothi, Bangalitola, Laheriasarai, Darbhanaga as the petitioner is fulfilling all the criterias for running A.N.M. course as per Bihar & Odisha Nurses Registration Act, 1935 and the Nurses Training Patna High Court CWJC No.9825 of 2022(3) dt.17-06-2025 2/3 Recognition Affiliation And Conduct of Examination of School of Nursing Rules, 1997. The petitioner after taking permission from the District Magistrate, Patna has submitted the same in the year 2023, which is Annexure -P/9 to the I.A. No. 1 of 2024. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation has also been filed by the petitioner on 01.02.2023 which is pending before the Director-in-chief (Nursing), Health Services, Govt. of Bihar, Patna for grant of recognition for conducting A.N.M. Nursing Course in the petitioner’s institution. 3. I.A. No. 1 of 2024 has been filed for a direction to the Director-in-Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Govt. of Bihar, Patna to dispose the pending representation dated 01.02.2023 submitted by the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel for the State submits that Director-in- Chief (Nursing), Health Services, Bihar, Patna may be directed to dispose the representation in accordance with law. 5.
