This is the 9rst bail application 9led under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 76/2025 registered at Police Station- Nagarda, District Sakti (C.G.), for the o=ence punishable under Sections 34(2) of the C.G. Excise Act.

2 already been granted bail by this Court in MCRC No. 7463/2025, vide order dated 29.10.2025. He further submits that the present bail application has been 9led inadvertently, and therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the applicant, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to learned counsel for the applicant to remain cautious in future and to ensure that such mistakes are not repeated. -
