This appeal has been preferred against the judgment and decree dated 08.08.2024 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Janjgir, District - Janjgir- Champa (C.G.) in Civil Suit No. 98-A/2023, whereby the HEERA LAL SAHU Digitally signed by HEERA LAL SAHU Date: 2025.11.04 18:28:32 +0530 2 suit under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act filed by the respondent herein has been decreed. 2. Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter was referred before the mediation center of this Court, the mediation has been successfully completed, and the parties have arrived at a compromise on 24.09.2025 on certain terms and conditions. 3. Accordingly, the mediation report is taken on record. The respondent/husband shall pay the maintenance amount as per para 1 of the mediation report between 1st to 10th day of every month. The compromise between the parties dated 24.09.2025 is being made part of this order. 4.
