Case No. 73/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304(B) & 120B of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi. 3. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 5694/2024 by order dated 25.09.2024 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after recording of material witnesses. 4. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Nitu Kumari, who died in her matrimonial home because of asphyxia due to hanging. 5. It was submitted that there was no mark of violence on the person of deceased apart from ligature mark. It was further submitted that the informant and two other material witnesses have been examined in this case. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 7. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Judicial Commissioner-XV, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
