By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “(i) That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant monetary benefit on completion of 3 years of service, as per appointment order and order dated 11.07.2022 with arrears and interest within 8 stipulated time, in the interest of justice.” 2. Brief facts of the case, is that, the petitioners are appointed as Peon under work charge and contingency service rules and as per appointment order, in first 3 years they will get salary at collector rate and, thereafter, they will declare as temporary status employee and after 10 years, they will be declared permanent employee. After completion of 3 years, by order dated 11.07.2022, the petitioners have been sanctioned temporary status and pay scale of 4750-7440 with grade pay 1300/- The service book has also been verified by the Treasury but the petitioners are not given the actual monetary benefit of order dated 11.7.2022 which they are entitled from the year 2017 and representation have been moved accordingly by Union and also by some of the petitioners jointly but with no effect. The representation was forwarded by the Assistant Commissioner to the Commissioner and Collector and necessary instruction was sought but with no effect. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they were appointed way back in the year 2014 and thereafter they have completed three years of service after that an order dated 11.07.2022 has been passed by which they were directed to be paid to the regular pay scale, however, even after passing of order dated 11.07.2022 till date they are not being given the 9 benefit of the pay scale from the date they have completed three years which has directed to be given vide order dated 11.07.202. They are being paid from the year 2022 onwards, however, so far as the arrears of the three years are concerned, it is not being paid. 4. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, when this was pointed out the learned counsel for the respondents submits that vide order dated 24.07.2023 it has already been recommended and all the petitioners will get the same within a period of three months. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is allowed while directing the respondent authorities to comply the order dated 11.07.2022 as well as memo dated 24.07.2023 and the petitioners be given the benefit of regular pay scale from the date of completion of three years. 6.
