Bhatt Advocate for Appellants GP for School Education Advocates for Respondents CORAM :THE CHIEF JUSTICE DHIRAJ SINGH THAKUR SRI JUSTICE RAVI CHEEMALAPATI DATE : 6th May 2025 P C : The present Writ Appeals, under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, have been preferred against the common order, dated 01.05.2025, whereby the learned single Judge had refused grant of interim stay in favour of the petitioners/appellants herein. It appears that, by virtue of the orders impugned, dated 15.04.2025 and 16.04.2025 respectively, issued by the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa, and the District Educational Officer, YSR District, the recognition granted to Vivekananda English Medium High School 2. for the classes I to V and VI to X for the years 2017-2018 to 2026-2027 was withdrawn from the academic year 2025-2026 on account of alleged involvement of the management in criminal activities that is leakage of SSC examination question paper on 24.03.2025. It appears that the learned single Judge also had obtained certain information in a sealed cover from the Station House Officer of Kamalapuram 3. Police Station, Y.S.R. Kadapa District, which was perused and only thereafter passed the order impugned, in the backdrop of the orders passed by the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Kadapa, and the District Educational Officer, YSR District, which were impugned in the writ petitions. Considering the nature of allegations made in the orders impugned regarding the leakage of question paper on 24.03.2025, in our opinion, the learned single Judge appears not to have committed any perversity in refusing the interim relief in favour of the petitioners. 4. We find no merit in the present appeals and are, accordingly. 5. dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed.
