Seema with the following prayers: "It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble court may kindly be please to quash the impugned summoning order dated 12.07.2017 passed by the court of Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, I Kanpur Nagar in Criminal Complaint Case No. 5089 of 2014, Smt. Rajni versus Ajmal and others, Under Section 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. So the Justice may be done. It is also prayed that the further proceeding of the Criminal Complaint Case No. 5089 of 2014, Smt. Chief Rajni versus Ajmal and others, Under Section 323, 504, 506 Additional the I.P.C. pending in court of Metropolitan Magistrate, I Kanpur Nagar may kindly be stayed during the pendency of the present application before this Hon'ble court." 6.
