3
Order:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2.
This writ petition was filed questioning the action of the respondent Nos.2 to 4 in taking steps to dispossess the petitioners from their respective extents of land admeasuring Ac.0.20 cents each in Sy.No.219 of Vellimilli Village, Ungunturu Mandal, West Godavari District and making efforts to allot the said land for providing house sites under Navaratnalu–Pedalandariki Illu Scheme without any manner of right or authority and without following the due process of law. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the counter of the 3rd respondent, submits that it is clearly evident that the land in an extent of Ac.1.93 cents out of total extent of Ac.40.00 cents stands classified as Gramakantam and is proposed for providing house sites to the homeless poor in Vellimilli Village of Unguturu Mandal under the welfare scheme of housing and the land which is mentioned in the affidavit by the petitioners is not one and the same but it is only located in the same area in R.S.No.219. No layout is prepared in the land mentioned by the petitioners in the affidavit to provide house sites and it remained as it is. 4. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. 4
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE B KRISHNA MOHAN 23.09.2025 PNS
