[2025:RJ-JP:44774] HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Writ Petition No. 241/2020 Narendra Singh Son Of Shri Rudra Pratap, Resident Of Saleh Nagar, Kheragarh, Agra (UP), Presently Residing At Vavi Hatheni Ke Makan, Stc, Housing Board, Mathura Gate, Bharatpur. ----Petitioner Versus
1. State Of Rajasthan, Through P.P.
2. Superintendent Of Police, Bharatpur.
3. Bal Kalyan Samiti, Bharatpur. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : None present For Respondent(s) : Mr. Manvendra Singh Shekhawat, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 07/11/2025
1. No one is present on behalf of the petitioner. This petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2020 however, despite notifying the defects in the instant petition, for last five years, no steps have been taken to remove the defects.
2. I have perused the petition along with documents in which, the petitioner has prayed for the direction to handover the custody of his daughter by quashing the orders passed by the learned trial Court. In the instant petition, it has been stated that his minor daughter has not been sent to Nari Niketan. However, bare perusal of FIR No.1095/2019 dated 09.12.2019 lodged by the petitioner himself would reveal that he himself has shown age of his daughter as 18 years and the learned Courts below have
[2025:RJ-JP:44774] (2 of 2) [CRLW-241/2020] also examined it and found that at the relevant time, age of his daughter was less than 18 years and she would complete age of majority on 20.06.2020. under these circumstances when daughter of the petitioner has already attained age of 18 years in the year 2020, the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner cannot be granted.
3. Hence, the criminal writ petition is dismissed, accordingly.
