Gamre, learned counsel for the petitioner, who has approached this Court complaining non-compliance of the order dated 23.01.2021 passed in WP(C)08(AP)2024. 2. Notice was issued on 03.10.2024, pursuant to which Shri S. Tapin, learned counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent No. 3. 3. When the matter was taken up yesterday i.e. on 05.02.2025, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3 had informed that the direction of this Court has already been complied with. However, since there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner, the matter was adjourned. 4. Shri S. Tapin, learned counsel has referred to the affidavit-in-opposition filed on 04.02.2025 and has submitted that the matter pertaining to pension has been finalised. He has submitted that, in the meantime, on 27.01.2025, the P.P.O. has already been forwarded to the concerned Treasury Officer, Bomdila and therefore, the order of this Court stands complied with. 5. Shri Gamre, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submitted that, as per instructions, the amount has not been received by him. Page No.# 3/3 6. In reply to the said submission, Shri Tapin, learned counsel has informed that since the communication is of 27.01.2025, within a short period, the pension amount would be released and received by the petitioner. 7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and also the communication dated 27.01.2025, this Court is of the opinion that there is no wilful and deliberate disobedience of any direction of this Court. 8.
