A perusal of the same would reflect that the bills for a sum of Rs.77,13,920/- have been received by the department and that the same would be cleared on priority. The said proceedings dated 09.09.2025 are placed on record.
4. In view of the foregoing, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the amounts due to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
