The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicants-Shri Krishna, Jitendra, Mahesh and Ravi with the following prayers: "It is, therefore, Most Respectfully prayed this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to allow this application and quash the impugned summoning order dated 24.11.2016 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, (Court No.2), Etawah in Complaint Case No.832 of 2017 and entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.832 of 2017, under section 406 I.P.C., Police Station- Jaswant Nagar, District Etawah. It is, further, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to stay the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.832 of 2017, under section 406 I.P.C., Police Station-Jaswant Nagar, District Etawah, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, (Court No.2), Etawah. And/or pass such other or further order of this Hon'ble Court, which may deem fit and proper." 5. This matter was referred to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court vide order dated 6.11.2017 subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/-by the applicants. As per report of the Mediation Centre dated 26.5.2018, the applicants have not deposited the said money before the Centre till 25.5.2018. 6. In view of the same, this matter is reported by the office through the report dated 4.8.2025 of Registrar (J) (Listing) that it is likely to be infructuous. 7. Perused the records. 8. Since there is no one appearing on behalf of the applicant(s) to press this application U/s 482 Cr.P.C., the matter being likely to have become infructuous by efflux of time, the same is dismissed as such. 9. The present application is dismissed as infructuous. 10. Interim order, if any, stands vacated. 11.
