Heard Sri Ajay Kumar Kanaparthi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that that basing on the complaint of the 5th respondent, a case in Cr.No.302 of 2022 under Sections 341 & 506 r/w 34 of IPC, against the accused therein. The petitioner herein is the Accused No.1. After completion of due investigation, charge sheet is filed in this matter vide C.C.No.1124 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge- cum-Judicial First Class Magistrate Court, Tadepalligudem. He would further 4 submit except registration of the above crime, the police never interfered in the civil disputes between the parties. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, police are directed to follow the due process of law regarding the crime which has been registered against the petitioner. No order as to costs.
