Yojna-Second, Ratan Lal Nagar, Kanpur in favour of the petitioner and to decide his representation dated 16.07.2024 filed in this behalf. 2. The case of the petitioner is that the respondents are demanding higher amount as free-hold charge contrary to stipulations in the lease-deed and the Government Order. 3. Shri Abhinav Krishna Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for Kanpur Development Authority states that representation filed by the petitioner would be decided by the Authority. 4. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2024 by a speaking order within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order.
