Learned Additional Government Pleader representing the State on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint of Smt. G.Radha Rani/respondent No.4, the Police registered a case in Crime No.251 of 2019 for the offence under Section 354(B), 506 IPC. After due investigation, charge sheet was filed on 16.10.2019. Later on 09.12.2023, the petitioner and the unofficial respondent compromised before the Lok Adalath. Hence, the cause in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, this Court is of the considered opinion that as the petitioner and unofficial respondent compromised before the Lok Adalat on 09.12.2023 itself, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Writ Petition. 4.
