The petitioner, Executive Director, Office of the District Scheduled Castes Service Cooperative Society Limited, Ananthapuramu is placed under suspension vide proceedings G.O.Rt.No.259 Social Welfare (SCP) Department, dated 23.12.2024 (Ex.P.1). 2 3. At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the report submitted by the 3rd respondent vide Lr.Rc.No.DSCSCS/SPL/2023, dated 12.02.2024 (Ex.P.4) to the 2nd respondent. However, learned counsel has confined his argument and would request to give liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the 1st respondent regarding his suspension order. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader did not refute the said submission. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side giving liberty to the petitioner to make representation against the suspension order issued to the petitioner vide G.O.Rt.No.259 Social Welfare (SCP) Department, dated 23.12.2024 (Ex.P.1). Upon such representation, the learned 1st respondent shall consider the same strictly as per the Rules and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
