During the pendency of both the proceedings, the parties arrived at settlement. The compromise deed is already placed on record along with the Pursis dated 03.01.2025. In view of the settlement, one proceeding before the Family Court is withdrawn by the wife and another proceeding for dissolution of marriage is pending before the Family Court.
