This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed seeking direction to the court concerned to expedite the Case No. 921 of 2024 (Neelam Yadav Vs. Jitendra Yadav and others), under Section 12 (1) of D.V. Act, 2005, District Mau pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate (Offence against women) / F.T.C., Mau within a stipulated time or in a time frame. Considering the fact that the trial has remained pending since long time. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 60 days, without granting any unnecessary or long adjournments to either of the parties, from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
