Heard Sri B.Sarvotham Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that one Smt.Salakalakonda Anjinamma, filed a civil suit in O.S.No.236 of 2000 on the file of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge’s Court, Adoni, seeking permanent injunction. During the pendency of the said suit, she died. The petitioner herein along with others were brought on record as Legal Representatives. In the said suit, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein were shown as Defendant Nos.1 and 4. The suit was decreed in favour of the plaintiffs therein vide Judgment dated 16.11.2007. While so, no appeal is 4 preferred against the said Judgment and it has become final. While so, the ^ respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein who are the Defendant Nos.1 and 4 in the said suit are threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject property. The petitioner has approached the police and submitted a representation dated 15.07.2025 seeking police protection, but the police have not responded to her representation. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents would submit that since, it is a civil matter, the police are not interfering unless there is any Judicial order. 4. 5. Considering the submissions made, since there is a civil suit decreed i favour of the petitioner and others for in permanent injunction against the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 herein, the police are directed to look into the representation of the petitioner and act according to law, so long as the Judgment is in favour of the petitioner. 6. With the above said observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no Order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
