This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: <…to issue an Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS aggrieved by the action of the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 not to interfering the civil dispute in between the petitioner and Respondent No.4 is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and also the provisions of Chit Fund Act 1982 and consequently direct the respondents No.2 and 3 not to calling the petitioner from time to time and also further directed to the respondent No.4 to return back blank cheques (SBI) and empty promissory note to the petitioner.…=
2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Sri P.Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that on 12.07.2023, the unofficial respondent herein filed a report before the police stating that the petitioner herein took hand loan from him for construction of house but did not return the same, when he asked for the amount. He would further submit that on the very same day, the petitioner herein filed a report stating that he joined a private chit run by the unofficial respondent herein and paid all the installments, but the unofficial respondent did not return his cheques and promissory notes. Basing on both the reports, the respondent police conducted preliminary enquiry. During the course of enquiry, it is found that

the subject matter is civil in nature.
Therefore, the police have advised both the parties to approach the competent Civil Court to settle their issues. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
