However, the aforesaid fact is disputed by Mr. Rudra Pratap Singh, Advocate who submits that he was engaged by the petitioner, as recorded in the order dated 27th October, 2025. 5. Per contra, Mr. Tarunvir Singh Khehar, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) submits that as per the record of this Court, the vakalatnama on behalf of Mr. Rudra Pratap Singh, Advocate for the petitioner was filed only on 24th December, 2025. 6. Accordingly, issue notice. Notice is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the non-applicants. 7. Let reply be filed by the non-applicants, within a period of two weeks. 8. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed within a period of one week, thereafter. 9. In view of the nature of the dispute, the petitioner is directed to appear before this Court in person, on the next date of hearing. 10. Re-notify on 12th February, 2026.
