The petitioner claims that one Sri Chirumamilla Rama Krishna Prasad was inamdar of land in Gumanampadu Agraharam Village, Bollepalli Mandal, Palnadu District. The petitioner is the son-in-law of original inamdar Sri Rama Krishna Prasad. He claims that he made a representation dated 26.09.2023 to the respondent and another representation dated 15.01.2024 to the respondent claiming right in respect of 1/5*^ share by virtue of will deed dated 16.11.2018 executed by the mother-in-law of the petitioner in favour of his wife. The only grievance of the petitioner is that despite making the said representations, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 did not take any action in the matter. 2. During the course of hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue placed instructions dated 31.01.2024 furnished by the 5*^ respondent. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that the 3. respondents have admitted that the representations made by the petitioner are pending consideration and the same will be disposed of by following the procedure contemplated under law at the time of finalization of settlement procedure for Inam lands into Ryotwari lands. The said instructions dated 31.01.2024 are placed on 4. record. In view of the same, the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent Nos.4 & 5 to pass appropriate orders on the representations dated 26.09.2023 and 05.01.2024 made by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible.
