Criminal Miscellaneous (Petition) No. 8385/2024 Himmat Singh Son Of Abhay Singh Yadav, Resident Of Golavas, Police Station Behror Sadar, District Kotputali- Behror (Raj). ----Petitioner Versus 1. State Of Rajasthan, Through The Public Prosecutor. 2. The Superintendent Of Police, Jaipur City East. 3. Station House Officer Of Police Station Pratap Nagar, District Jaipur City East. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : Mr.Abhishek Jhingonia For Respondent(s) : Mr.Amit Kumar Gupta, PP JUSTICE ANOOP KUMAR DHAND Order 10/11/2025 1. The instant misc. petition has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions for fair, proper and impartial investigation in FIR No.584/2024 registered with Police Station Pratap Nagar, Jaipur City East. 2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that after investigation, Final Report ‘Negative’ has been submitted before the competent Court of law, hence, under the changed circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant criminal misc. petition has been rendered infructuous. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate [2025:RJ-JP:45128] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-8385/2024] application before the Court concerned for redressal of his grievances. 4. Accordingly, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Stay application as well as all applications (pending, if any) stand disposed of.
