This Court granted an interim direction, as prayed for, on 18.05.2017. 2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent, on written instructions, submits that there is no proposal for the construction of any fish or meat stalls as alleged in the Writ Petition, as of now and that the green belt area is protected. It is further stated that as per the rules, the green belt area is protected and maintained by the respondent corporation without any constructions. 3. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
