Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes the same. State submits that steps have been taken by the police authorities. Earlier report submitted by the State reflects that in series of cases being Shyampur PS Case No. 516 of 2024 and Shyampur PS Case No. 55 of 2025, investigation has been completed in both the cases and, charge-sheet has been submitted. The report also speaks that a title suit being TS 58 of 2024 is also pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 2nd Court, Uluberia, Howrah. In view of the series of events which includes civil and criminal cases which are pending, if the petitioner is aggrieved in respect of a particular incident, she would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate under the relevant provisions of law. The learned Magistrate would assess as also ascertain regarding the genuinity of the allegations, thereafter, pass necessary directions in accordance with law. If there is any breach of the order passed by the learned civil court, the petitioner would approach the Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), 2nd Court, Uluberia who would, if called for, pass necessary directions in accordance with the spirit of the litigation which is pending before him/her. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 29088 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
