PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Criminal Petition under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surkasha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) has been filed, by the Petitioner/ Accused No.3, seeking to quash the proceedings against her in C.C.No.6 of 2024 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, 2 Srungavarapukota, for the offences under Sections 498-A IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Innamuri Balasubrahmanyam, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of dispensing with the presence of the Petitioner before the trial Court. 3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is disposed of and the presence of the Petitioner / Accused No.3 before the trial Court is dispensed with till the disposal of the case, except on the specific dates as directed by the trial Court.
