This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, for the willful disobedience of the orders dated 20.09.2023 passed in W.P.No.23457 of 2023.
2. Respondent No.6 appeared virtually and submitted that the orders of this Court disobedience of which is complained of in the contempt have been
complied with however with certain delay and the same is neither willful nor wanton but due to administrative reasons and accordingly prayed to close the contempt.
3. Sri Suresh Kumar Reddy Kalava, learned counsel for the petitioner reported that the amounts have been released as per the directions of this Court and nothing remains for adjudication and prayed to close the contempt.
4. Taking the submissions into consideration and the explanation given by respondent No.6 for the delay, this Court having satisfied with the reasons, is inclined to close the contempt as there remains nothing for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed. _____________________________
