Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance & Planning has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department, dated 28.11.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3 3. The Written Instructions indicate that the Net amount of Rs.6,71,701/- has been admitted by the Respondents, which is also the same amount claimed by the Writ Petitioner. 4. Having considered these aspects, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition at the admission stage without going into merit directing the Respondents, particularly Respondent No.2 to complete the entire administrative process within a period of eight (08) weeks from today by completing all administrative formalities, both inter-departmental and intra- departmental by mutual cooperation and coordination and transfer the said amount to the bank account of the Writ Petitioner within four (04) weeks thereafter. 5. Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the bank account details to the Competent Authority within a period of two (02) week from today. 6. With these observations and directions, the Writ Petition stands allowed. No order as to costs. 7.
