Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing respondent No.2 to consider the petitioner’s representation and pass appropriate orders, strictly as per the rules.
6. It is not out of place to mention that respondent No.2 shall issue notice to respondent No.4 before conducting the enquiry, if any. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
