This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Of Mandamus to declaring the inaction of the Respondents 2 and 3, on the report cum representation given by the petitioner 16.11.2020 against 4th respondent intentionally did not taken any necessary action for the damage and closing of drainage hole of his building by leveling and forming a CC road thereon and caused him to loss beyond to recovery of his RCC building…”
2. None represented on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
