2. Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that respondent No.2/scrutiny committee would need a time of six months for deciding the claim of the petitioner.
3. The writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent/committee to decide the petitioner’s proposal as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 16 weeks.
