2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant would submits that order under contempt has been complied with as his representation has been rejected, but the applicant is not satisfied with the same and he wants to take recourse to law, therefore,
learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant contempt petition.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent has not opposed the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
