The petitioner has filed present writ petition assailing her transfer order KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Digitally signed by KISHORE KUMAR DESHMUKH Date: 2025.11.06 12:18:52 +0530 2 dated 25.06.2025 and order dated 06.10.2025 by which her representation has been rejected. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has some personal difficulty as she is suffering from Asthma and also one of the legs of her husband is fractured, on this count, she would pray for setting aside the impugned transfer order. 3. Learned counsel for the State would submit that the transfer is an incident of service. A Government employee cannot insist to remain posted at a particular place for ever, therefore, he would pray for dismissal of the writ petition. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. The petitioner has been posted at the present place of posting in the year 2011 as such more than 14 years have already lapsed. It is settled position of law that a Government Employee cannot insist to remain posted at a particular place for ever. Transfer is an incident of service as such no right of the petitioner has been adversely affected by the present transfer order. Therefore, I am of the view that no irregularity or illegality has been committed by the respondents which warrants interference by this Court. 6. The present writ petition sans merit and it is dismissed. Sd/- (Narendra Kumar Vyas) Judge kishore
