The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.4 and 5 in Crime No.19 of 2025 on the file of Mahila UPS, Machilipatnam Town Police Station, Krishna district, for alleged offences under Section 85 of BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted that the petitioners are residing at Bangalore 2 and never interfered with the marital disputes of the 1st accused and the 2nd respondent. 3. Be that as it may, as the notices under Section 35(3) of BNSS are issued to the petitioners, it is left open for the petitioners to submit a reply/response along with the necessary documents for the police or to the Investigating Officer for conducting the investigation. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to file a fresh petition, if so aggrieved with the charge sheet. 5.
