The learned A.P.P. makes a statement that in the present matter, the charge-sheet is ready and accordingly, permission is sought to file the charge-sheet. 2. Considering the fact that the application is pending since 2015 and because of the direction of this Court not to take coercive action, despite of the fact that the investigation is completed, the charge-sheet could not be filed. 3. Considering the above stated facts, we permit the State to file the charge-sheet. 4. Since, we have permitted the State to file the charge-sheet and as in the present matter a challenge is raised to the F.I.R., the present application has become infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicants to file a fresh raising a challenge to the charge-sheet or take any other recourse as available in law. (ABHAY J.
