The present appellant-Manpreet is praying for anticipatory bail in relation to FIR dated 13.10.2024 bearing FIR No.0232 of 2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned AGA, on written instruction informs to this Court that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the proceedings under Sections 83 and 84 of BNSS Act, 2023 have also been initiated. 5. After taking into consideration that the charge-sheet has already been filed and the proceedings under Sections 83 and 84 of the BNSS Act, 2023 have already been issued, therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present applicant at this stage. 6. After arguing at length, Mr. Gaurav Singh, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the instant anticipatory bail application. 7. The permission, so prayed, is granted. 8.
