The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Deori P.S. Case No. 65/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 309(6) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih. 3. On 30.07.2024 at about 8:00 P.M., robbery was committed in the house of the informant. The accused persons looted twenty five thousand rupees and other household articles. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R. nor he has been put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. 5. Learned A.P.P. after going through Case Diary, submitted that the motorcycle which was used in commission of robbery was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. However, on specific query, whether the details of motorcycle was stated by the witnesses, learned A.P.P. replied in negative. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Nikhat Ayesha, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih or her successor in connection with Deori P.S.
