Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987. It is contended that the representation was made seeking a share in the subject properties of the temple. Pending disposal of his representation, the respondents proposing to include in the Register the names of some others who being proposed, without considering the orders of the Court on the pattern of shareholding. Thus, urges for an expeditious disposal of the representation pending before the 2nd respondent. are are 3.
