Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. 2. We have considered the materials on record. Eye- witnesses named the petitioner as member of a group who had assaulted the victim resulting in his death. Keeping in mind the gravity of the offence and incriminating materials implicating the petitioner in the crime we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 3.
