Issue an order or writ or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to regularize the services of the Petitioners in the offices of the Respondent No.4 and 5, in the interests of Justice and equity. B. To grant such other reliefs to which the petitioners are entitled under the circumstances of the case in the interest of Justice and equity. 2. Heard the learned counsel Sri.R.K.Kulkarni, appearing for petitioners, learned HCGP-Smt.Girija S.Hiremath, appearing for respondents No.1 to 3 and learned counsel Sri.Bhushan Kulkarni, appearing for respondent Nos.4 and 5. 3. The petitioner is said to have been appointed by the third respondent and is working in the office of the fifth respondent as a Nodal Engineer. The claim of the petitioner is that the petitioner is working since 2009 till today and claims that he should be regularised. There is no representation submitted by the petitioner to the respondents projecting the claim of regularisation as is projected in the case at hand. The law is well settled, that a petition seeking mandamus cannot be entertained at the outset without submitting a representation. 4.
