ORDER: The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- <… to issue an appropriate order, direction or Writ more particularly one in the nature of the Writ of Mandamus, to declaring the action of 4th respondent/R.D.O., Kanigiri, Prakasam District, who suspended the authorization of petitioner in his proceeding dt.12-11-2025 in Rc.E/965/2025, is illegal, arbitrary and opposed to the spirit of Judgments of this Hon’ble High Court and also against the mandatory provision of Control Order, and also violate of principals of natural justice and without jurisdiction and set-aside the proceedings of 4th respondent/R.D.O., Kanigiri, Prakasam District, dt.12-11-2025 in Rc.E/965/2025 and consequently to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as FP Shop dealer Shop No 0811028, Vagemadugu Village, Konakanarnetia Mandal, Kanigiri Revenue Division, Prakasam District, A.P., ….=

In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 22.12.2025, the 3rd respondent has appeared before this Court and furnished proceedings Rc.D.CS.638.2025, dated 22.12.2025, revoking the suspension order dated 20.11.2025 issued in favour of the petitioner, which is impunged in the present writ petition.
3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition.
4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
