1. Heard Mr. Mayank Chandrakar, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Prafull N. Bharat, learned Advocate General along with Mr, Shashank Thakur, learned Dy. A.G. for the respondents/ State.

The petitioner has filed this petition praying for following relief:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records pertaining to the case of petitioner, for kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to issue completion certificates under the NIT Nos. 109 and 146 in favour of the petitioner and further be pleased to direct the respondents to release the balance amount along with the security deposites under both the tenders. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to disburse the tender amount of the petitioner within a period of 15 days as petitioner has already completed the tender works as per NITS within prescribe period. 10.4 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, as it may deems fit and appropriate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take recourse to law for redressal of the dispute as per the terms of the agreement.

Learned counsel for the respondent/ State has no objection.

5. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
