This writ petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2014. Thus, it is pending for the last eleven years. 2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the petition. 3. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer to select him as an Assistant Teacher in Sports Quota on basis of his participation in Taekwondo championship, wherein he got Gold Medal. 4. Sri Vijendra Mani, learned Standing Counsel submits that claim of petitioner to consider him in Sports Quota is not sustainable since he has not submitted documents when he was called by a communication dated 18.03.2009, even he has also not appeared when he was subsequently called on 09.06.2009. 5. The writ petition is silent on the above issue that why petitioner has not appeared when he was called twice. Therefore, the petitioner was guilty of his own fault, which could not be cured at this belated stage. 6. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. 7. A copy of this order be sent to petitioner on his given address. 8. Registrar (Compliance) to take steps.
